Built on local trust

How Digi Hyderabadi Works

We make acquiring a running Hyderabad business as transparent as buying a flat — verified numbers, direct contact, zero buyer fees.

For Buyers

01

Browse with full transparency

Every listing shows the asking price, monthly revenue and net profit up front — no "price on request" games. Filter by area, category and budget.

02

Trust the verified badge

Listings with the green Digi Hyderabadi Verified badge have had their financial documents reviewed and premises visited by our local team.

03

Connect & close directly

Create a free account to unlock the seller’s email, phone number and exact address. Negotiate directly — we charge buyers nothing, ever.

For Sellers

01

List in under 5 minutes

Fill a simple 3-step form — basics, financials, and your story. Your listing goes live instantly and appears across the marketplace.

02

Get verified in 48 hours

Our team calls your verification number, reviews bank statements or GST filings, and awards the verified badge that gets 5× more inquiries.

03

Field serious offers

Only registered buyers can see your contact details, which filters out casual window shoppers. You negotiate and close on your own terms.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Digi Hyderabadi really free?

Yes. Browsing, unlocking contacts and listing a business are all free during our launch phase in Hyderabad. We may introduce optional premium placement for sellers later — never buyer fees.

What does the verified badge actually check?

We review 6–12 months of bank statements or GST filings, confirm the lease or ownership of the premises, and do an in-person or video walkthrough. Verification does not replace your own due diligence.

Do you handle the payment or legal transfer?

Not yet. Digi Hyderabadi is a discovery and trust layer. We strongly recommend using a CA and a lawyer for the asset purchase agreement, and never paying an advance before document verification.

Which areas do you cover?

All of Hyderabad and Secunderabad, with the deepest coverage in the IT corridor — Gachibowli, Madhapur, Kondapur, Hitec City, Financial District — plus Jubilee Hills, Banjara Hills, Kukatpally and Miyapur.
